Shipping Policy

All Cirque De Soleil poster orders are processed through the MovieGoods.com web site. The MovieGoods shipping policies are stated below. All of our orders are carefully packaged in order to guard against damage. Rolled posters are shipped in heavy duty cardboard mailing tubes. Items such as folded posters, stills, press kits and lobby cards are packaged in heavy-duty reinforced cardboard envelopes, or in bubble-wrapped lined envelopes. If your order contains multiple items that can be carefully packaged in the same package, then we will do so to keep shipping costs minimized.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeframes

MovieGoods offers a variety of shipping options. For US and Canada orders, MovieGoods recommends a FedEx® delivery method as your shipment will be completely trackable and insured against damage. Orders shipped via the Postal Service delivery method are neither insured, nor trackable while in-transit. Note: to ensure timely order processing, any FedEx orders placed with an invalid recipient address (such as PO Boxes or APO addresses) may be shipped out via priority Postal Service at the discretion of the MovieGoods Shipping Department. Please be sure to provide a valid physical address that FedEx can deliver to when completing your order. Overnight FedEx shipping is available on many items (Continental US and Canada only). For next business day service, please contact us via telephone at 1-866-279-2403 (during regular business hours). The cost for next business day FedEx service is $25.00.

Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

Important: please note that the delivery times listed below are the TRANSIT times your package will require to arrive. In order to determine how long it will take for your order to reach you, you must add transit time and order processing time together. If you order items with different availability periods, the item with the longest period will apply. The product availability of all items is listed on the web site.

  • 7 - 14 business days FedEx® Ground delivery - $8.49 (trackable, fully insured)
  • 2 - 3 weeks Postal Service delivery - $5.99 (untrackable, uninsured)

International Addresses: (surcharges may apply for some International FedEx shipments)

  • 2 - 8 business days FedEx® delivery - $39.99 (trackable, fully insured)
  • 2 - 6 weeks Postal Service delivery - $14.99 (untrackable, insured to $100.00)
  • 2 - 6 weeks Postal Service delivery - $12.99 (untrackable, uninsured)

Shipping costs for additional items is only $1.00 each - take advantage by ordering several items at once! (Note: this does not apply to larger items such as poster frames, lightboxes, large oversized posters and stand-ups. Different shipping costs and/or shipping surcharges may apply for these items).

Tracking numbers: in most cases, FedEx and UPS package tracking numbers will be emailed to customers. Please note that there is sometimes a system delay in UPS tracking numbers becoming active.

Backorders: in the event that an ordered item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we may hold the rest of your items until the backorder is filled. As soon as all items are available, we will ship your entire order in one shipment.

Shipping Exceptions

Regardless of shipping method chosen, some Film Cells may take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, and Poster Frames and Lightboxes may take up to 3 or 4 weeks to arrive. Please note that in some cases, Still Photographs and Poster Prints may not be able to be delivered via the FedEx 2-3 day service (regular 4-6 day FedEx service is always available for photos). If you require any of these items faster than the above stated standard delivery timeframes, please contact customer service at 1-866-279-2403 for assistance.

Please note that certain products, including poster frames, lightboxes and stand-ups and large oversized posters, can not currently be shipped to addresses outside of the US and Canada. Please contact us if you are an International customer looking to purchase these items.

Taxes and Duties

Shipments to Nevada addresses will be charged a 7.75% sales tax. Canadian orders will have 6% GST applied.

International orders are subject to potential duties, customs charges and taxes levied by local governments, such as the VAT. International customers are responsible for these charges.

Payment Methods

Online orders can be paid for with major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JCB. Offline orders can also be placed. Payment options include using a major credit card via telephone, or sending in a check or money order. For eBay auctions items and/or offline orders, PayPal can also be used for payment. Please note that all personal checks must be in US currency and will be held for 14 business days to clear before orders are shipped.

Return Policy

MovieGoods guarantees customer satisfaction! We take precautions against your order being damaged during shipping by carefully packaging orders. If you do have concerns about damage during shipping, please choose a FedEx delivery method, as your package will be insured. If you do receive a package that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the package.

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the items you have received from MovieGoods, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. Please do not send any items back to us until you have contacted us first to obtain instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

MovieGoods will credit you for all products returned to us in re-saleable condition. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs unless there has been an error on our part.

What to do if your order has not arrived?

MovieGoods ships from multiple locations — our head office in Las Vegas, Nevada and our warehouse in Canada. Delivery times may differ depending upon the order processing time of the items ordered, the chosen method and the warehouse location your order is shipped from. All shipping options include estimated delivery times. If your order has not arrived during the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at orders@moviegoods.com .
